Description
The dispute concerns the properties of the late Mehmet Koukli (?) who owed money both to the plaintiff and to the defendants.
Note
Defendant was the first debtor on the list and the Plaitiff supports that his heirs received more money than they should, against the rights of the other debtor, thus the foundations rejected both by the Magistrate Court and by the Court of First Instance.
