Description
For instance, the Council supports that according to the special law, for less than 200 dr. amount the Council can lease or sell a building without an auction the Council supports that the leasing without an auction is preferable in certain cases.
Note
The Prefect doesn't acccept it and supports that the spirit of the two laws is relevant therefore leasing or selling without an auction is not going to be accepted
