Concerned building had been used as a coffee shop-kazino and as a library-reading room the council supports that education is a gift that should be protected by the municipal authorities and as such the Council has to protect the library
Note
Therefore the Council decides to lease the 1st floor to the 'eviv' club and to keep the reading room at the 2nd floor
