Description
The first opponent claims that in 1907 he baught from Nikolaos Papadaki and Mehmed Feimaki a residence at Soultan İbrahim Quarter in 1908 the Court of Appeal decided in favor of the mosque and against previous owner of the residence Haci Hasan Mousadaki
Note
Residence's attachment police forced the first opponent to leave residence in favor of the second one however, the first opponent complain that he had nothing to do with case between mosque and therefore decision can't be applied against him accepted
