Among those properties there was a bill of exchange against Seitoulah Serdaraki or Hourhoudaki. The Bank supports that according to the law the foundation should receive a part of that money and thereafore the defendant still owes to the bank 3592 1/2 gr. both the Chania Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal rejected the case.
