Description
At the periphery of the village Harisi and Drapania and the municipality Kastelli and Kissamos the real estates of the orphan as an inheritance from their father worth 1500 gr. The plaintiff claims that she has a right to have part of the inheritance her deseased father left to them. She should receive 1/5 of the real estates, which are now the property of her under age orphan siblings.
