Description
Accepted by the Magistrate Court rejected by the Court of First Instance and by the Court of Appeal on the basis that before the Mouteveli's death all Monoteli Vakıf lands became perfect property of the Mouteveli.
Note
According to the relevant law of 1899, after their death they should be left to their heirs the defendant is the closest relative of the late Mouteveli and therefore the legal heiress.
