Description
in 1901,Magistrate's Court decided that the bank should receive an amount for renting money from properties of Hasan Tselepaki,son of Ahmet Emin Oustafa Tselepaki to the other heirs in order to cover amount, the Bank Attached some olive trees and a farm. The first opponent however, supported that those properties had been sold to him the Bank supports that the properties bought by him have nothing to do with the attached properties
