The grading of the salaries of the Mouftides according to the law 2345 hadn't been realised because No order by the King had been published.
Note
However he accepts that the salaries of the spiritual leaders of the Muslims are really very low compared with the other public employees but he states that any kind of grading should better be realised after the exchange of populations.
