The Muslim Elders of Irakliou accepted the suggestion of their manager, Mehri Koutsizade, to avoid the trial with the Municipality and instead arrange the compensation the Muslim Elders will receive for the real estate sempil hane.

Description
The Municipality decided that the Sivri Tzeme or Kamaraki or Sempil hane which was a dedication by Hatzi Moustafa Aga, must be demolished according to the new city plan.
Note
Nomarch Georgios Moatsos approves the decision no1773 of the Muslim Elders and gives to the Administration Muslim Foundations the right to call off the trial. Expenses of the sempil hane foundation, total 85.90 dr. the ammount is accepted by the Mayor
