In presence of the Chania notary Ioannis Kontadakis: Maria Tzitzikaki (ex Hatzer or Hatzire) of Ratip Tzitzikakis, nun of the Kalogreon Monastery of Akrotirio Kydonias, and her father Ratip Tzitzikakis, builder, and Housein Berberakis, son of Housein, shoe seller, agreed on. Lawyer Emm. Papaderos asks for 80 drachmas for representing Maria Tzitzikaki on court, against her father and grandfather.
