Description
Order against the president of the Muslim Elders of Chania: Housein Kavroroustemakis and the guardian of the under age orphans of Ivraim Kalimerakis: residents of ''Smyrni tis Tourkias'' (Smyrna of Turkey), and Hamile Mestopoula, widow of Ivraim Kalimerakis. According to the decision no. 163 of the Magistrate's Court of Chania in 1908, the people have towards the applicant a debt which they should pay within 15 days, otherwise their real estates will be sold through auction.
