Description
Includes correspondence regarding accounts and the transfer of small goods between William W. Peet and Luther R. Fowle, Bible House, and J.W. Crutcher, Acting Director, Near East Relief (Constantinople). In a letter, 1924 Sep 24, Crutcher writes that he is discontinuing the Bible House and Stamboul Post Office mail service due to lack to transportation. Letter, 1924 June 18, Fowle to George D. White, NER in Syra (Syros, Greece) says they cannot commit to making a return on accounts of ornaments, jewelry, etc. buried or given at Sivas Station in the days of deportation.
