Description
Primarily describes administrative matters of the mission and outstations, which are primarily focused on changes in personnel. Also describes the administrative matters of the seminary. Also includes information about care for orphans. Also includes some information about administration and events surrounding the college.
Note
It is mentioned that some of the orphans cared for by the station had been orphaned as a result of 1915 but that they are growing up and leaving station care. Also mentions that six of the students at the College had been imprisoned but later released. Pages 2-5 seem to be missing.
