Description
Primarily includes correspondence between the Near East Relief (NER) Mailing Department and Luther R. Fowle, Bible House. Most letters are trying to redirect envelopes, sometimes with jewelry and other valuables, to their rightful owners who deposited them with the mission in times of conflict. One letter ,from Fowle to Constance Horsford, lists AB staff who worked for the NER and have relocated to new addresses, including Emma Zbinden, Mrs. Robert Stapleton; Bessie Hardy; Margaret Campbell; Rev. T.D. Christie; Mr. and Mrs. J. Edward Todd; Mr. and Mrs. McFarland.
