İkinci form - The second form: 1) Aşçı Salim Ağa. 2) Mahdumu Musika-i Hümâyûn neferatından Mustafa Efendi. 3) Havva Hanım. Sayım sonrasında ikinci forma kaydedilen kişiler - The persons recorded to the second form after the census: 1) Mustafa Celil. 2) Emine Zekiye. 3) İbrahim Kemal.
