Letter written by Colonel Tayar Bey, retired senior officer of Ottoman Army, to the ‘Tevhid-Efkiar’ editor in chief, where Tayar Bey praises Lieutenant Sarrou’s doings for Turkey and regards him very highly emphasizing his deep and long friendship with Turkish people. This strong bond has been reaffirmed after the French-Turkish agreement of 1921 (Treaty of Ankara), whose Sarrou was one of the prominent figure.
