Sayım sonrasında birinci forma kaydedilen kişi - The person recorded to the first form after the census: İsmail Servet Efendi. İkinci form - The second form: 1) Mustafa Fuad Efendi. 2) Fatma Ümmügülsüm. 3) Fatma Şükriye Hanım. Üçüncü form - The thirth form: Hasan F. Efendi zevci Zeyneb Hanım.
