Strasbourg'un askeri valisi General Hirschauer, Ren Sahili'ndeki köprünün yeni liderini zaptetmek için personelinin önünde Kehl Köprüsü'nü geçiyor - General Hirschauer, French governor of Strasbourg, having crossed the bridge of Kehl on horseback, January 30th, at 8 am, reads his proclamation to the notables of the small village. General Hirschauer, military governor of Strasbourg, crosses the bridge of Kehl at the head of his general staff, to occupy a new head of the bridge on the Rhine bank.
