Strasbourg'un Fransız valisi General Hirschauer 30 Ocak saat 8'de atla Kehl Köprüsü'nü geçtikten sonra, küçük köyün önemli kişilerine bildiri okuyor. Strasbourg'un askeri valisi General Hirschauer, Ren Sahili'ndeki köprünün yeni liderini zaptetmek için personelinin önünde Kehl Köprüsü'nü geçiyor - General Hirschauer, French governor of Strasbourg, having crossed the bridge of Kehl on horseback, January 30th, at 8 am, reads his proclamation to the notables of the small village. General Hirschauer, military governor of Strasbourg, crosses the bridge of Kehl at the head of his general staff, to occupy a new head of the bridge on the Rhine bank.
