Halen inşaatı devam eden bu yeni yapılar, Keresteci Recep Sokağı ile Sakız Ağacı Caddesi'ni birbirine bağlayan eski Tavla Sokak boyunca yer almaktadır. Tavla Sokak, Taksim 360 kentsel yenileme projesi için kamulaştırılan alanın tamamını kapsamaktadır. Tavla Sokak'ın sol tarafı boyunca inşa edilen bu yapılar, 19 numaralı Keresteci Recep Sokak (Tavla Sokak'ın köşesinde), 26-24-22-20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 numaralı Tavla Sokak ve 36 numaralı Sakız Ağacı Caddesi'ndeki (Tavla Sokak'ın köşesinde) eski yapıların yerini almıştır. - These new buildings still under construction are located along the old Tavla Sokak which connected Keresteci Recep Street and Sakız Ağacı Avenue. Tavla Street was entirely encompassed in the area expropriated for the Taksim 360 urban renewal project. These buildings, erected along the left side of Tavla Street, have replaced the old buildings numbered 19 Keresteci Recep Street (on the corner of Tavla Street), 26-24-22-20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Tavla Street and 36 Sakız Ağacı Avenue (on the corner of Tavla Street).
