Sol tarafta inşaatı devam eden yeni yapılar kabaca Keresteci Recep Sokak ile Sakız Ağacı Caddesi'ni birbirine bağlayan eski Tavla Sokak boyunca uzanmaktadır. Tavla Sokak, kentsel yenileme projesi için kamulaştırılan alanın tamamını kapsamaktadır. Taksim 360 kentsel yenileme projesi için Tavla Sokak'ın sol tarafında inşa edilen binalar, 19 Keresteci Recep Sokak (Tavla Sokak köşesinde), 26-24-22-20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Tavla Sokak ve 36 Sakız Ağacı Caddesi (Tavla Sk köşesinde) numaralı eski binaların yerini almıştır. Arkadaki yapı ise Sakız Ağacı Caddesi boyunca uzanmaktadır. - The new buildings still under construction on the left are roughly along the old Tavla Street which connected Keresteci Recep Street and Sakız Ağacı Avenue. Tavla Street was entirely encompassed in the area expropriated for the urban renewal project. The buildings constructed along the left side of Tavla Street for the Taksim 360 urban renewal project have replaced the old buildings numbered 19 Keresteci Recep Street (on the corner of Tavla Street), 26-24-22-20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Tavla Street and 36 Sakız Ağacı Avenue (on the corner of Tavla Sk). The building in the rear is along Sakız Ağacı Avenue.
