Tarlabaşı 360 kentsel yenileme projesi için kamulaştırılan alanın etrafı alüminyum kaplamayla çevrilmiş olsa da Sakız Ağacı Caddesi gibi ana caddeler hâlâ otomobil ve yaya trafiğine açık. 2015 yılında inşaat alanının tamamı kapatılmış olacak. Reklam panosunda, Tarlabaşı Kentsel Dönüşüm projesinin Mart 2013'te AK Parti tarafından verilen Kentsel Dönüşüm Ödülü'ne layık görüldüğü duyuruluyor. Panoda, Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan görülüyor. - Sakız Ağacı Avenue is the limit between Şehit Muhtar District and Çukur District. The right side is in Şehit Muhtar and the left side in Çukur. The area expropriated for the Tarlabaşı 360 urban renewal project is fenced-off by aluminum siding but the main streets like Sakız Ağacı Avenue are still open to automobile and pedestrian traffic. In 2015, the entire construction site will have been closed-off. The billboard announces that in March 2013, the Tarlabaşı Urban Regeneration project was awarded an Urban Transformation Prize, which was given by the AKP Party. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is seen on the billboard.
