Description
Sinop Sancağı Reisi Abdullah Efendi merhûmun oğludur. 1271'de Sinop'ta doğmuş ve Sinop'ta Cami-i Kebir Sıbyan Mektebi'nde mukaddemât-ı ulûmi tahsil ve hıfz-ı Kur'an'ı azim ettikten sonra Dersaadet'e gelerek Sinan Paşa Medresesi'nde şerh-i akâide kadar ders görmüş ve badehu kadim Mekteb-i Mülkiye-i Şâhâne'ye duhûl ile meşrut tahsile meşrut olan ulum ve fünunu bi't-tahsil vasat derecede şehâdetnâme almış ve Dârülmuallimîn-i Rüşdiye'nin İdâdiye Şubesi birinci sınıfına bir sene devam ederek mezkûr şubede tedris olunan ulûm ve fünûndan dahi tedrîs ettiğine dair şehâdetnâmesi zile şerh verilmiştir.
