| EATBO090A1.jpg | Ömer Şaban Efendi, muallim. Hacı Bilalzâde Hacı Salih Efendi'nin mahdûmu olup 1256 sene-i hicriyesinde Trabzon Vilayeti dâhilinde Tirebolu Kasabası'nda tevellüd etmiştir. Evvelen Tirebolu Sıbyan Mektebi mebade-i ulûmu tahsil ettikten sonra Dersaadet'e gelip Fatih'de Çayırlı Medresesi'ne bi'l-kayd tekmîl-i Nesih ile bir kıta icâzetnâme almış. 1282'de Dârülmuallimîn-i Rüşdiye'ye devamla dâr-ı mezkûrdan dahî şehâdetnâme ahzına muvaffak olmuştur.
