Description
Mahkeme-i tehyiz ceza dairesi mümeyyizlerinden Abdullah Safvet Bey'in mahdumları olup 1288 senesinde Dersaadet'te dünyaya gelmiştir. Evvelen Dersaadet Mekâtib-i İbtidâîyesinin birinde ve Mekteb-i Rüşdi-i Askeriyede mukaddemât-ı ulûmi tahsil ettikten sonra Mekteb-i Mülkiye-i Şâhâne İdâdîsine duhul edip müretten fünûnu ve Ermeniceyi bi't-tahsil âlâ derecede şehâdetnâme istihsal ederek Mekteb-i Mülkiye-i Şâhâne'ye geçmiş ve orada dahi ikmal-i tahsil ile 1312 senesinde âlâ derecede şehâdetnâme ahzine muvaffak olmuştur.
