Aksaray'da Sülüklü'de Bedestânî Hacı Halil Ağa Mekteb-i İbtidâîsinde mubade-i ulûm-i tahsil etmiş ve Fatih Cami-i Şerifinde dersiâm İzmirli Mustafa Efendi'den icâzetnâme almıştır.
