Edirne'de Merkez İbtidâîsi'yle Dârüledeb nâm-ı husûsî Rüşdi mektebinde İbtidâî ve Rüşdî derslerini gördükten sonra Edirne İdâdî-i Mülkiyesi'ne girip sınıf-ı idâdîyenin ilk iki senesine mahsus dersi ikmal ile buradan âlâ derecede ve badehu Dârülfünûn Hukuk Şubesi'ne bi'd-duhûl buradan dahi aliyyülâlâ mertebede şehâdetnâmeler ile neşet etmiştir.
