Adilcevaz Sıbyan Mektebinde tahsilden sonra Dersaadet'e gelerek İshak Paşa Medresesine bidduhul akaide kadar ders görmüştür. Belgede geçen ilk ve son tarihler: 1281- 20 Haziran 1325 (Hicri takvime göre Miladi 1864/1865. Rumi takvime göre Miladi 3 Temmuz 1909). Mehmed Bey. Amedi hulefasından ve Evlî ricalinden Saip Bey merhûmun mahdûmudur. 1306 senesinde Dersaadet'te tevellüd etmiştir.
