Kemal Efendi, tabib, muavin, asistan, operatör.
Description
Kastamonu Orman Müfettişliği'nde bulunarak 1313 tarihinde vefât eden Mustafa Nuri Efendi'nin oğlu olup 1306 sene-i maliyesinde Dersaadet'te doğmuş. Mübade-i ulûmu Fatih Merkez Rüşdiyesi'ne bi'l-duhûl tahsili meşrut olan dürûsu tedris ile altıncı sınıfa terfi eylemiş ise de ikmal etmeksizin tasdiknâme alarak Vefa İdâdîsi'ne kayd olunmuş. 1321/22 sene-i tedrisinde şehâdetnâme istihsal etmiş. Ve buna mütakip Tıbbiye-i Mülkiye'ye girerek 1327/28 senesinde tebabet-i mezuniyet ruusunu almıştır.
