EATBI256.jpgİsmail Hakkı Efendi (Hacı Lokmanzade), muallim. Bafra tüccarından Mustafa Zühtü Efendi'nin mahdûmu olup 1274 senesinde mahal-i mezkurda tevellüd etmiştir. Bayezdi Cami-i Şerifi ders-i âmlarından Atıf Efendi merhûmdan icâzetnâme almış. 1303'de İstanbul'dan avdetinde komisyon huzurunda imtihana icra edilerek bir kıta ehliyetnâme almıştır. Belgede geçen ilk ve son tarihler: 1274-1330 (Hicri takvime göre Miladi 1857/1858-1911/1912. Rumi takvime göre Miladi 1858/1859-1914/1915). İsmail Efendi (Hafız), muallim. İstanbul'da Valide Sultan Medresesi'nde tahsil-i ulûm-i âliye ve aliyye edip Tirebolulu Ahmed Efendi'den icâzetnâme almış. 1312 tarihinde Dârülmuallimîn Rüşdiye Şubesi'nden 1319 tarihinde Mekteb-i Hukuk'tan âlâ derecede şehâdetnâme ile neşet etmiştir.
