İbrahim Hilmi Efendi (Tolluoğlu) (3679), muallim, müfettiş.
Description
Cafer Efendi'nin mahdûmudur. 1291 senesinde Ankara'da tevellüd etmiştir. Mumaileyh mukaddemat-ı ulumu Ankara Mekteb-i İbtidâîsi'nde görerek hıfzını tekmil ile Seb'a, aşera ve takribden icâzetnâme ahz etmiş. Ve Dersaadet'e gelerek Konevihane M. Çarşambalı El-Hac Ahmed Efendi'den dahi ulum-i aliyye ve âliyeden meccan olup ayrıca dahi ulûm-i hadisten icâzetnâme ve sülüs ve nesih ve talik hatlarından keteb-i ahz eylemiştir. Dârülfünûn Ulum-i Aliyye-i Diniyye Şubesi'nden 1323 senesinde âlâ derecede şehâdetnâme almıştır.
