Mukaddimât-ı ulûmu Dersaadet'te Davut Paşa Mekteb-i Rüşdiyesi'nde görüp 15 Temmuz 1300 tarihinde âlâ dereceli şehâdetnâme aldıktan sonra Mekteb-i Mülkiye-i Şâhâne'de ikmal-i tahsil ile 12 Temmuz 1306 tarihli ve vasat dereceli mülâzımat ruusu ve âli kısmından 7 Temmuz tarihli ve karib âlâ mertebeli şehâdetnâme ahzına muvaffak olmuştur.
