19 Aralık 1908'da İstanbul'dan yazılan, sultanın halka konuştuğu ve toplumun her kesiminin katıldığı iki gün önceki Osmanlı Milletvekilleri Odası açılış törenini kapsayan makale. - The article was written from Constantinople on December 19th 1908 covering the opening ceremony of the Ottoman Chamber of Deputies two days prior (December 17th), which was very well-attended by all sectors of society and at which the sultan spoke publicly.
