Description
Mansure-i Korvet-i Hümâyûn Serçarhcısı Kolağası Abdullah Efendi'nin oğludur. 1289 senesinde Dersaadet'te dünyaya gelmiştir. Dersaadet'te Tophane'de Feyza Mekteb-i Rüşdiyesi'nden âlâ derecede şehâdetnâme aldıktan sonra Dersaadet Mekteb-i İdâdî-i Mülkiyesi'ne girmiş, 1313'de neşet etmiştir.
