Mahrec mevâlîsinden Mehmed Galip Bey'in mahdûmudur. Nafia Nezâreti Muhasebe Kalemi'nden neşetle 1296 sene-i mâliyesinden 1301 senesine kadar Edirne Vilâyeti İşâr ve İğnâm Nezareti Baş Kitâbeti'nde ve Cezair Bahr-i Sefîd ve Manastır ve Selanik Vilâyetleri Aşâr ve İğnâm nezâretlerinde bulunmuştur.
