Türkiye Şişecam Fabrikaları Genel Müdürlüğü olarak tasarlanan proje, 1988 yılında açılan yarışmada birincilik ödülü aldı. Türkiye İş Bankası'nın arsayı satın almasıyla beraber proje 1993 yılında yeniden düzenlendi ve uygulandı. - The project, designed as the Şişecam Industries Headquarters, was awarded the first prize in the competition held in 1988. In 1993 the project was revised as the Türkiye İş Bank Headquarters and implemented.
