Proje, 1978 yılında tasarlandı ve 1979-1981 yılları arasında uygulandı. 1999 Marmara Depremi'nde hasar alan yüksek katlı konutlar 2006 yılında yıkıldılar. - The project was designed in 1978 and implemented in 1979-1981. Multi storey apartment buildings were demolished in 2006 after they were damaged by 1999 Marmara Earthquake.
