Paris Kongresi 1853-56 Kırım Savaşı'nı takiben Osmanlı Devleti, Rusya, Fransa, İngiltere ve Avusturya'nın katılımıyla Paris'de toplanmıştır. Kongre sonunda 30 Mart 1856'da Paris Anlaşması imzalanmıştır. Yedi devletin temsilcileri 1856 Paris Kongresi'nde barış şartlarında uzlaştılar. Buna göre Tuna Nehri dolaşıma açık, Karadeniz tarafsız hale getirildi - The Paris congress was held in Paris in 1856. The agreement was signed on March 30, 1856. Plenipotentiaries from each seven powers ( Britain, France, Russia, Turkey, Austria, Prussia And Sardinia ) attended the Paris Congress in 1856 agreed on the terms of peace. Black Sea recognized as neutral, Danube declared free for navigation.
