Loti General Gallieni'yi övüyor ve makalenin sonunda Gallieni'nin kendi büyük anıtını hakettiğini söylüyor - Kitchener stands on the front of the French army. On June 2nd in Paris Pierre Loti wrote an article. Loti praises General Gallieni and at the end of the article says that Gallieni deserves his own large monument.
