This collection includes documents, photographs and glass negatives from the Abigadol family. Abud Abdullah Abigadol (1897-1981) was sent to Istanbul from Baghdad when he was thirteen to attend the Kuleli Military High School. During the First World War, he fought in the Galicia Front for the Ottoman Army. After the war, he worked in Bahçekapı, producing soap and cologne.
