Sene: 1314. 313 senesi Serez'de zuhur olan Yunan Muharebesi'nde Yanya redif taburu binbaşı vekaletini îfâ eylemek üzere Yanya Kolordusu ve Hümayunu'na i'zâm edilmiş olan Mekteb-i Fünûn-ı Harbiye-i Şahane'de Topografya Muallimi Muavini Halil İbrahim Efendi tarafından olarak istikşâf usûlüyle ahz-u tersim edilen ve Yanya Vilayeti'nin kısm-i cenubisi mufassalen irae eyleyen işbu harita Mekteb-i Fünûn-ı Harbiye-i Şahane sınıf-ı muhtelifesi şâkirdânına tedrîs edilmekte olan Fünûn-ı Askeriye tatbîken teneccüd-ü isti'mâl edilmek üzere Meclis-i Maârif-i Askeriye tarafından kabul buyrularak mekteb-i mezkûr matbaasında tab olunmuştur.
